FAQs

Would you really be able to buy my property with cash?

“Cash” is the industry standard term, though your proceeds will likely be sent through a title/attorney/escrow company. They will handle the legal logistics of the transaction, such as the paperwork. You will communicate with them directly regarding the precise method you wish to be paid: wire transfer, check, or cashier’s check.

Are you open to negotiation on your offer price?

It depends. As a business, we do not take our investments lightly. However, we would be happy to reconsider our offer price when provided with additional information on your property. Typically, we do operate in markets with a surplus of potential land investment opportunities.

Should you prefer to attempt to get full retail value for your property, our services would not be compatible. Instead, your next step would likely be to get in contact with an experienced real estate agent local to your property. Going down this more traditional route will typically require a great deal of patience as you wait for your ideal buyer to come along. You would also be responsible for dealing with any possible “due diligence” issues that may come along.

If speed and convenience are of the utmost importance to you, we’d love to work together!

How fast can you close?

As long as all parties are able to supply any necessary paperwork immediately, we are usually able to close in 14 to 30 days. Since we always coordinate transactions through a title company or attorney, sometimes there is additional information needed to close the transaction, and some title companies need a bit of extra time to close the deal.

In certain circumstances, we may be able to assist in getting you the funds sooner if need be.

We’d be happy to discuss these options with you over the phone or email.

How do I accept the offer I received for my property?

Please sign and send the purchase agreement you received from us back to us by mail or email.

We can get started on the process even sooner if you’d like! Please take a photo of the signed purchase agreement and email it back to us at: offers@pinestproperties.com and we will get to work on the transaction.

Would I be selling the property As-is?

Yes, you will be selling the property as-is. We do request for you to provide us with any information you have on the property. Generally, what we are looking for here is if you have information on access or any other important characteristics or history of the property.

Would you be interested in purchasing other properties I own?

Yes, we would certainly like to take a look at them. Please call or email us with the details so we can make you an offer.

I have never been to the property I own, nor do I have any information about it. Would you still be interested in purchasing it?

Yes! In fact, this is not unusual. We do our own research on all our property purchases, so there is no need for you to provide any specific information to us about the property, though, any information you may have does help us out.
